Spacious open-plan living/dining room with comfortable leather sofas and Smart TV with numerous apps (don’t forget to bring your login details!) Circular wooden table with four chairs giving ample room for dining as well as working. Technology is prominent with wifi internet access and iPlayer to include DAB/FM radio/bluetooth/CD player. In addition, there is also a portable bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your own music anywhere in the cottage.
Solid oak flooring extends throughout the ground floor into the kitchen and French doors open out to the spacious, landscaped garden giving superb views of the rolling hills towards the sea. There is a gas coal-effect fire in the living area and the cottage is heated throughout. There is a good selection of books, magazines and games. Recycling facilities are available. The cottage has a washing machine, fridge/freezer and ironing facilities.

The upstairs bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, heated towel rail, washbasin and WC.
