A booking is deemed to be accepted by the owner when you, the hirer, receive confirmation. If the details on the confirmation are not correct, please contact the owners immediately.

The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed four.

No pets or smoking are allowed in the cottage.

Provisional reservations can be accepted by telephone or email and must be confirmed within 3 working days by the arrival of the required deposit and booking form.

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Deposit payments can be made via the website by debit or credit card via Stripe. There is no additional charge for paying by credit card.

The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival date, or at time of booking if sooner. If the balance is not received within the time specified the owner/booking agent reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

Balance payments may be made via Stripe (debit or credit card) or by direct bank transfer (we will give you details) or by cheque. Please make cheques payable to "Chideock Cottage".
